ROPES COURSE AND TREE TOP CHALLENGE COURSE ADVENTURE - TECHNICAL MANAGER Are you responsible, organized, have great customer service, administrative and leadership skills? We are a small, family-owned tree top adventure park committed to promoting active enjoyment of the outdoors. Guests are encouraged to challenge themselves and succeed, building self-confidence and gaining lasting memories. We are searching for a Technical Manager. Experience with building and construction and project management required. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage daily operations in Heritage Oak Trees. • Learn and train in the protocol of use of the facility, harnesses, parcour and rescue equipment. • Update and manage technical manuals and material and equipment inventory and periodic inspections. • Understand and operate POS and reservations. • Review technical drawings and reports and build parcour. • Play a part in creating a fun an exciting working culture. • Participate and help manage the retail and service of our new coffe kiosk. • Interact with guests and the surrounding community. • Play a part in encouraging sustainability and love of the Trees and nature. • Be proactive in making the park a place to visit. • Promote a physically and psychologically safe environment • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed to operate the Park REQUIREMENTS: • Must be 21 years of age or older at time of hire • Comfortable with heights • Able to meet our guest participation requirements • Proficient with wood working tools and hardware • Love the outdoors • Comfortable interacting with guests and other staff and providing exceptional customer service • Promote a positive, safe, and exciting experience for every visitor • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a staff of 5 or more and payroll
