Looking for Team Members in Central Texas for : Bell, McLennan, Williamson, Travis, Guadalupe, Bexar, and other surrounding counties. -Must have valid DL -Vehicle + Auto Insurance -Smart Phone with wifi capabilities Compensation $10.00 an hour, plus mileage and bonus earning potential. This opportunity will require 7-14 days, during the end of each month. Your commitment to consecutive days will be expected and necessary to complete. This may include weekends, depending on location(s) and scope of your accepted assignment. Summary: The objective and purpose of this Role is to gather and provide data/details for your assigned list of foreclosure properties(subject to be auctioned on 1st Tuesday of every month at county court houses). Daily tasks include; driving to/locating each assigned property, completing RIS inspection + picture file, compiled via smart phone logged/uploaded to company App. You will need to take photos and thorough notes at each location.
