She was found running at Ave I and Columbia Street, Seaside Ore. Blk and White Small Female Long hair on tail LapsoOpso? i have a picture of her, but i dont know how to send it to computer from phone. Found around 12:15 today. Please TEXT, as I can not hear phone ring,
