Summary:
Maintenance Tech will perform repairs and preventative maintenance at our property. Ensure good patient relations and contribute to the economic success of the property.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs of the property
Complete service request efficiently and courteously
Inspect property regularly
Ensure job assignments and service request are carried out promptly
A minimum experience in multifamily maintenance, building maintenance or construction as a technician- preferred
Must be available for after -hour on-call rotation.
Satisfactory drug test and background check with DOJ clearance.
