Blue Hill LLC is looking to hire candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Brief Job Description · Full-time · Part-time · Required to work 2 - 5 days out of the week based on 10 or 8 hour shifts and part-time or full-time status. · Must have open availability Monday -Sunday · Shift typically starts at 9:00AM · Will operate and be responsible for company vehicle. · Must be driven and a self-starter – We want our employees to have a sense of pride and strive for personal best as well as company growth. Our current management staff has been exclusively assembled from within. Responsibilities and Duties · Delivering 250+ packages to residential and commercial areas in Culver City and/or surrounding areas · Load packages onto corresponding vehicle · Maintain clean and undamaged company vehicle · Fuel company vehicle with company gas card · Implement safe driving skills · Deliver on time (20-25 Packages per hour) · Handle packages with care · Proper use of navigation/GPS · Must be able to perform light to medium lifting · Rescue other drivers when needed · Perform all duties to department standard and/or as directed by leadership · Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies · Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner · Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned · Spend 90% of your shift driving/delivering and 10% of your shift in the warehouse · Lift, pull and push products up to 50 pounds frequently · Carry items up flights of stairs frequently · Move materials off racks and load into van for shipment as trained · Stand, squat, kneel, bend/twist neck and waist, frequently · Use hands repetitively and power/simple grasp constantly · Push, pull and reach above and below shoulder level constantly Communicate with Dispatch and Management team throughout the day Qualifications and Skills · Great communication skills - Sense of urgency and willingness to help others. · Critical Thinking skills · Able to withstand consistent physical activity throughout the entire shift · Flexible schedule: we operate 7 days a week. · Strong work ethic and dependability · Team Player with positive attitude · Must have a clean driving record · Must possess a valid driver’s license · Minimum age: 21 (for insurance purposes). Preferred · 1+ years of work-related driving/delivering experience.
