Putting together a party band, ALL musicians considered

Description
I'm a keyboard musician, putting together a party/show cover band, based in Washtenaw County. This is an initial inquiry to gauge interest and ability. Think of this band as a conglomeration of: 1) A wedding reception playlist. 2) The Rocky Horror Picture Show 3) Prince and The New Generation/Morris Day and The Time (watch the movie Purple Rain) 4) Leningrad Cowboys 5) Garth Brooks 6) Cheap Trick 7) The Brian Setzer Orchestra 8) The Tubes (early years) 9) A Broadway show 10) A TV game show Sounds confusing, doesn't it? This would be a band that has a LOT of audience participation, humor, sing-along's, acting, and also parodying lots of things that go on in a concert or in a band. I want to have some comedy bits, birthday celebrations, and poking fun at everything. This is NOT an oldies band, I want to incorporate new covers, but use a lot of popular stuff from years back as well. Say you don’t like playing “Mustang Sally”, you’d rather suck on an electrified cattle prod than play it ever again. Well, we’ll take care of that, how about performing it as a Speed Metal tune? Or “ska”? Or grunge? We’ll take any tune and turn it into something strange, fun, or both. I mentioned this is a cover band. I'd consider originals ONLY IF they are either (1) danceable, (2) funny, (3) or both. The intent is to perform at festivals, make our own concerts, maybe some of the larger bars. But it's not meant to be a "weekly gig, 3-chord, bar band". I want to make this something in which we prepare for a few months (maybe less), play a few smaller gigs and events at first, but establish ourselves as an "event' band. That performs a few times a year....unless we get VERY GOOD at this, and expand it from there! What am I looking for in musicians? Anywhere between intermediate and expert. I'm encouraging newer musicians to join, as we're going to make this a learning experience, and I also encourage expert musicians to come in, bring their "A" game, and help make something that's more fun and worthwhile than "just another bar band". I'm a keyboard player, but I'm encouraging ADDITIONAL keyboard players, synths, piano, organ, etc, as I also usually perform with replicating brass/woodwind sounds, special effects, and I play bass guitar as well. I'd like both male and female vocalists, it widens the variety of tunes we can do. But I also want background singers, or if you're an instrumentalist that can sing as well, that's welcome, too! I'm also looking for multiple percussionists/drummers, horns (trumpet, sax, etc), multiple guitarists that can function as both lead and rhythm (sometimes in the same song!), strange things are also encouraged (play banjo? bagpipes?). So right now, tell me: - Your instrument/talent. - Level of experience and performing history - Which is funnier, squirrels or cats? Thank you and sorry for the long post!
