Volunteer with Medical knowledge - phone only

We are a non-profit and could sure use volunteer help from a person familiar with medical care d, on the phone! We run 2 houses for homeless men, 32 beds. We have elderly and disabled in one house and men transitioning from homelessness to self sufficiency in the other house. Right now, we have 2 Residents who need someone to help them navigate health care. One has a fractured femur but they can't operate due to pulmonary embolism and bad heart and the other was just diagnosed with a cancerous mass in his head from chewing tobacco. These guys are so sweet and we have no one with the time and/or wisdom to guide them with their doctors, pain management, prescriptions, keep track of appointments, give them encouragement, etc..
