At 9:36pm on Friday, September 3rd A man on a skateboard was struck by a motor vehicle (NJ W597178 temporary license plate) while traveling toward Houston on the corner of Essex and Stanton. They have sustained multiple fractures, a broken rib, severe lung contusions, and are in need of witnesses to this crime.
