Need exterior prep/painting, stone/brick mason, tile, finish basement

Hello- I need some help at my house and rental properties - a renovated older house with addition - and lot's of unfinished projects and maintenance needed. I am engineer/contractor - I need smart/hard worker or two to help me do some things for very good cash... THis would be an excellent bit of side work for you to fill in days/weeks when you don't have high margin jobs for homeowners. In addition to guys with experience and knowledge to do the complex jobs - I could use a guy or two with no experience - young guys - who will work hard/smart and learn some valuable skills while starting out to help me with more mundane things like cleaning, painting and prep, moving salvaged materials and appliances, etc. tiling a shower - to make it ready for a custom glass door. complex framing/insulating/radiant heat pex runs/salvaged/resawed panelling walls -river stone and flag stone walkway and runoff area along side of house, also exterior small fireplace/chimney/grill position and some stone stairs. exterior peeling paint on siding - need someone to continue my thorough scraping, wiping,priming and painting roof deck and balcony exterior hand rails and posts - pvc/synthetic. also need a guy or two who can do general labor/landscaping/hauling/moving materials/help me get organized and cleaned up, etc. Only interested in those who have had the covid vaccination. pay will vary depending on skills and experience. can work around your other more profitable jobs - come put in a day or two when you have it for cash paid each week. $15-40 per hour cash weekly. chance to establish a relationship and be paid thousands on my house and other rental properties over the next year - including indoor work this winter.. I need smart, ethical, hard worker and self starter - would you like to work for someone who can share their experience of civil engineering structural concepts, how to buy and finance a home purchase, solar PV and hot water, radiant heat, etc?
