Role: Tradesman Reports To: Project Manager Pay: $30-$40 Job Type: Full Time Schedule: 8 hour shift, M-F Haven Builders: We provide interior remodeling services, exterior reconstruction, and insurance restoration services at Haven Builders. Currently we are focused on scaling our interior remodeling business and seeking experienced tradesmen to add to the team as subcontractors and/or employees. Come spring, we will also be looking for tradesmen and subcontractors who are skilled in roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters. Currently our portfolio consists of Paris Painting which is one of the largest residential repaint companies in the US, Haven Builders a residential interior remodeling & exterior reconstruction company, and Paperboy Marketing. As we scale these entities we will continue to be investing & acquiring businesses in the trades and real estate that are synergistic with our holdings. NUMBERS: GROSS MARGIN | PRODUCED REVENUE | CUSTOMER NET PROMOTER BASIC FUNCTIONS: 1. Complete assigned work orders in demo, drywall, framing, millwork, finish carpentry, tile, hanging cabinets, & flooring. 2. Working with a team to complete these work orders on time, in budget, with exceptional quality. 3. Providing exceptional customer experience on each assigned work order. RESPONSIBILITIES: ✔ Communicating to our coordination team daily for what you need to complete your assigned work order. ✔ Skilled in 3+ of the following sub trades - demo, framing, drywall, millwork, finish carpentry, tile, cabinets, flooring, and painting. ✔ Showing up on time or early each day to complete your work order and deliver on the committed schedule we have with our clients. ✔ Working closely with your project manager to ensure proper scope, design, and quality is completed for each work order. ✔ If employed, overtime teaching and coaching apprentices to become skilled in the trades listed above. ✔ Completing a daily report to your project manager on what was completed, anything t he client mentioned, and what you need for the following day or week. ✔ Notifying and receiving approval from the project manager if you are asked to do work outside of your work order by the client. ✔ Submitting completion of your work orders for compensation and bonuses. TIME AND COMPENSATION: Subcontractors receive work orders for the scope of each project. Employees $30-$40 per hour depending on skill type and skill level.
