We are a small food/beverage business looking for one person to help staff our trade show booth on September 21 and 22 in Boxboro, MA. The ideal person would be kind and friendly and able to engage buyers at this trade show. Someone with retail or event experience would be ideal, but we are willing to consider anyone with the right attitude and energy. THE PAY IS $20 PER HOUR -- CASH -- FOR 18 HOURS OF SHOW TIME AND 4 HOURS OF PREPARATION TIME. WE MAY ALSO OFFER ADDITIONAL PAYMENT FOR HELP SETTING UP AND TAKING DOWN THE BOOTH. EXPECT TO MAKE AROUND $500+. The work would entail being at the booth during the hours of the show (9am-5pm) and to talk to potential customers about the company's products. You will receive materials to help you learn and speak about the products. Four hours of preparation/study time will be paid for (that's $80). During the show you will also hand out samples and take orders. You will be on your feet all day. You will need to wear comfortable shoes -- but no sneakers -- and slacks, dress, or potentially very nice jeans. We may provide a logo shirt -- or may ask that you wear a solid blue or white shirt. You will also be required to wear a mask all day, per the show's rules. Only candidates who have proof of vaccination will ben considered.
