Our company is currently seeking an individual to be part of our janitorial and maintenance company. We service all of Rhode Island and parts of Massachusetts. We are looking for SERIOUS applicants who would be interested in working for our "Van Crew" at a full-time capacity. Members of our "Van Crew" must be flexible aNd reliable. Each van crew member is also assigned their own work van. No personal vehicle usage is required for this position. Description (Van Crew) - Perform routine disinfecting jobs (spray and wipe method / fogging method - PPE provided by company) - Perform routine cleaning jobs (Vacuum, sweep, mop, dusting, trash, etc.) - Handyman/maintenance duties (replace lightbulbs, patching up walls, painting, install dispensers, trouble shooting equipment malfunctions, etc.) - Emergency response (extracting water from leaks or heavy rain, disinfecting, disaster/construction clean up, etc.) - Ensure company work van is cleaned and fueled at all times Requirements - Must have a valid drivers license to operate company van (no suspensions or major violations) - Clean background check (BCI and CORI) - Janitorial / Maintenance experience (preferred) - Flexible schedule - Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
