Options Exteriors is an experienced, local, full-service General Contractor that specializes in Roofing, Siding, Windows and other trades. No job is too small or big for us at Options Exteriors. We service the Cedar Rapids and Des Moines metropolitan areas. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, detail-oriented and dedicated to customer satisfaction! Job description: - Inspecting and assessing the roofing, siding, and window jobs after install to ensure the highest quality - Picking up and returning the materials - Basic carpentry skills such as installing skylight trim, repairing fascia/soffit - Roofing skills – shingle repair, caulking issues - Siding skills including working with vinyl and wood siding - Comfortability with speaking to and scheduling with Homeowners - Need to be self-reliant and able to manage your own schedule - Being present at job sites to ensure safety and quality measures are being followed Working at Options Exteriors you can expect to be a part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing and expanding company culture!
