First thing first - I'm old. 58 I know, terrible. It will happen to you some day too. So if interested in doing this, please be over I guess 35. Male or female. No beginners, sorry. Being able to improvise is a must. I won't play for example, your favorite Bryan Addams or Foghat song or anything else heard on the festering wart on the ass of STL known as KSHE-95. Nothing serious. Improvisation type stuff. Not 12 bar blues. (YAWN) Relaxed atmosphere. I'll host in Saint Ann. Looking for a guitarist, keyboardist, bassist, saxophonist or whatever you play I don't care. I play mostly electric guitar but also lap steel and acoustic guitar. I just want to play and am finding it really hard to force myself to play alone. I do much better interacting with another musician. Possible recording. Might even call up the drummer and have him come over too. He's very good. I have a band that needs a bassist but we are finding it nearly impossible to find one. Meanwhile, I'm rotting on the vine, musically speaking. I have a rehearsal space filled with amps, guitars, mics, recording equipment, P.A. etc. so you won't necessarily need to bring much with you.
