Production Work, Full-Time or Half-Time

Overview: We are Terraseed, a fast-growing vegan supplement e-commerce company. We are looking for a crafty and detail-oriented production contractor to help us with co-packing our product (e.g., sealing and shrink-wrapping supplement bottles). No prior production experience is necessary - we will train you! The role is short-term (4-8 weeks) and can either be full-time or part-time depending on your availability/ preference. There is potential for future contract work or a permanent role as our company expands. The role is based in Boulder, CO. Compensation is $15/ hour. Your role: Work in-person at our production facility to fill, seal, wrap and pack supplement bottles (Requires careful attention to detail to maintain the highest standards for quality). Transport boxes of supplies and inventory to/from our storage facility and production facility (nearby) Work with our operations team to identify optimizations of the production process Who you are: A highly motivated, flexible, crafty person who wants to get their hands dirty and learn about startup operations. Particularly aligned for someone living a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle and is committed to defending our planet and its inhabitants. Detail-oriented and organized. Fantastic communicator and capable multitasker. Available to work at least 20 hours per week. A self-starter with the ability to stay on track when on her/his own. Lives in Boulder/Denver County and is able to work in-person with 1-2 other people. What’s in it for you: Hourly pay of $15/hour. Flexibility.
