Job Store Staffing is recruiting for a temp to hire Assembly position with a local family-owned communications company located in Broomfield, CO. Production worker will work independently but around or with others in close proximity. EXPECTATIONS: • Due to the nature of production work, manual dexterity of fingers and hands is a requirement for this position. • Regular and Predictable Attendance • Timely completion of all duties • Self-motivation • Time management • Ability to learn testing and labeling software RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: ASSEMBLY AND QUALITY CONTROL • Read and follow oral and written English work orders/labels/instructions and prints. • Assemble both finished products, component pieces, build kits, and shipping containers. • Use tools ranging in size from: forklift to soldering iron. • Label finished products as needed. • Look for faulty components and mistakes in the assembly process. • Fix problems before shipment completion. • Serve as product quality control inspector, as assigned. • Recycle scrap metal, paper and cardboard • Basic helping out around shop • Maintain a clutter-free work space • Work productively with others in close proximity If you are interested in learning more about this position, please call or text us @ 303-940-9252.
