We have a female Anatolian/karakachan/Great Pyrenees looking for a new farm or home. She was born and raised on a farm to grow up to be a livestock guardian dog. We got her as a pup to guard our livestock. She is now 2 years old. She is not working out in that position on our farm. She is too high energy to be with stock and is not good with poultry. She is a good guardian of the property though and would be great at guarding a non livestock farm or a family. She loves people and wants to be with people not the livestock. She has never lived inside, but could adapt easily with a little work. She is very food motivated which helps with training. She would be best in a only dog home or with a male. I do not recommend her being with cats. This is a big powerful dog and needs to go with someone who can handle a high energy big strong dog.
