WITNESS TO ACCIDENT

Hello, I am seeking witnesses to a car accident that happened directly next to Grand Central Market in Los Angeles on September 5th. The man admitted fault in person but now is filing against me (I was turning left out of GCM parking structure onto a four lane one way street and entered my legal lane closest to the curb. He exited a parking lot directly across the street, crossed four lanes, and hit the passenger side of me.) Please help.
