ENTRY Level Solar Installers Needed No experience necessary, we will train you; however prior construction / manual labor experience is MANDATORY. This is a TRAVELING position. ALL JOB ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE OUT OF TOWN (MOST ARE OUTSIDE THE STATE OF TEXAS) Daily per diem and transportation are provided for each workplace. We are looking for trustworthy, honest people who work hard and want to learn a new trade in the utility scale solar field. Payment will start at $ 13.50 for the first 2 weeks then you will receive $15.00 per hour (plus per diem). Successful completion of your first job assignment will result in higher hourly pay for the next assignment.
