Description
Hello, we're opening a new 1000 square foot store on Main St and need a local helper that can handle some light labor work and sometimes be left on their own. All tools can be provided, or you can use your own. The work consists of:
Putting kraft paper over windows
Removing ceiling tile (up on a ladder, smacking it out with a hammer) and bag up garbage
Unscrewing and removing some shelving (with a drill)
Painting all walls
Cleaning the floor and applying stick-on tiles to about half the space
Remove existing kitchen cabinets (just a few) and sink
Assist with putting up the walls for a walk-in cooler
General clean-up
Estimate: 6 days. Most of the work you can do solo, on your schedule, starting next week. The walk-in cooler timing is TBD.
The above list is the needed work, but if someone has the skills and wants more work there is also what I was going to do, but happy to hand it off:
Removing some woodwork with a sawzall
Install new utility sink where the prior sink was (so plumbing is already there)
Replace corner sink in bathroom
Removing current light fixtures (tube lights) and installing track and pendant lights
Remove weeds and plant flowers/plants in outside planter box
Install parking signs in concrete wall
Estimate: 4 days
Please reply with a list of experience in these areas, a few work references, your requested hourly rate, and anything else that you'd like us to know.
