Wesco Autobody Supply is looking for energetic people to join our team! The ideal warehouse manager candidate will be team oriented, possess strong leadership skills, have excellent communication skills, and have a commitment to great customer service. They will be responsible to overseeing day to day operations including managing warehouse employees, Inventory, entering orders in the system, pulling orders for delivery, and merchandising. Store Manager Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and growing a team oriented work environment. Maintaining inventory and ordering when necessary. Oversee warehouse inventory process. Provide outstanding customer service that leads to an ongoing relationship and continuing sales. Thrive in a fast paced environment. Pulling orders for delivery and reviewing for accuracy. Work with customers to identify product needs. Maintains warehouse merchandise and appearance. Replenish stock when it is low and maintain sufficient and accurate inventory. Ability and willingness to learn product lines. Stay up to date on new products and their application. Assist customers in a timely fashion. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Understanding of inventory maintenance. Strong leadership skills Customer service experience desired, but not required. Automotive experience desired, but not required. Takes initiative to accomplish goals. Desire and aptitude to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
