Zenith Design + Build, a growing remodeling and custom home building company in Clive, is looking for a full-time lead carpenter for our residential remodeling projects in the Des Moines Metro. Requirements: 5+ years previous residential remodeling experience: framing/rough carpentry, finish carpentry. Other trade experience is also preferred. An eye and desire for producing quality work Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to solution that solve unexpected construction issues The highest respect and regard for the homeowner’s property and belongings Good communication skills, being able to work well with team members and subcontractors, as well as on your own Excellent drive to work efficiently and quickly, keeping company and customer goals top of mind Fit in with the company mission and core values: -Customer Focused -Continuous Improvement -Extreme Ownership -Radical transparency -Positive Mindset -Empathy We provide a learning environment with a dedication to growth.
