OUR INDUSTRY LEADING COMPENSATION PACKAGE $16.00 to $20.50 an hour in the position as crew member. Paid $15 during training. Training lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 months depending on the level of experience and overall aptitude.* Tips: average $200 to $500+ per week (approximately $6 to $10 an hour or more to base hourly rate ) Paid ride time to and from job per week.(approximately $4 to $8 an hour more to base hourly rate) Paid Warehouse time per week.(approximately $4 to $6 an hour more to base hourly rate ) Total Hourly Pay Average $22 to $28.50+ an hour REQUIREMENTS: Be motivated to advance. Moving and lifting heavy furniture (up & down stairs safely) Assemble and disassemble furniture Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers Keep up good physical Appearance & Good Hygiene Athletic Strong body and able to move various sized items and boxes and lift heavy items comfortably. Great customer service. Must be reliable and responsible, have positive attitude, professional demeanor. Previous experience as a mover or any kind of labor position is appreciated but not required.
