male cat looking for new home

I'm devastated to make this post but I'm looking to rehome an orange male cat. he’s very affectionate, loves to hangout on the window and observe the yard and of course playing with a laser is one of his favorite activities. He’s litter trained, great with our 2 dogs, rabbits and kids. he is a little skittish with new people or loud noises(vacuums are a hard one like any cat)he is strictly an inside cat just because of past experiences. we had a collar on him but it seemed to make his hair shorter around that area so we decided to remove it for the time being.
