Looking for a in-house maintenance man to work on residential houses and small apartment complexes. Do not reply if you do not have knowledge and experience. We are a full service real estate company that specializes in residential single family houses and apartments. Our clients are real estate investors. If you are a handyman/carpenter/jack-of-all trades (welding knowledge is a plus) please reply if interested with a phone number and background history. Please note this is a full time gig Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5PM. Pay by the hour. You will be working out of your truck. And traveling all around Houston working on maintenance repairs and doing make ready's. Must have your own TRUCK pay 45 cents per mile. Must have your own tools. Handyman work needed: Sheetrock work Painting Flooring tile and laminate Minor electrical work Minor plumbing work HVAC experience a plus. Carpentry work Trash clean up and haul off Remodel kitchens Remodel bathrooms Etc. Generally a jack-of-all-trades person when it comes to repairing issues in a house or apartment.
