Covid -19 took down the man I hired to do these jobs I still need someone reliable and skilled with old houses to do odd jobs at my rental home.: Repair controls on heating/cooling vents- repair paint around one vent-- caulk around bathtub, caulk floor molding in bathroom- replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Repair and tighten molding and sweeps on exterior doors- Finish hanging storm and screen doors-adjust back door- Close off entry under house properly and apply barrier to entry by every cat in the neighborhood. Other tasks as needed. I will need you to work not spend time on your phone or pretending. I will pay you well, you can take a coffee or cigarette break but you can't smoke in the house.
