Overview: This is an all-season facilities maintenance position based at customer locations throughout Metro Detroit. You must be reliable and have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company. To be successful in this position you need be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, use hand tools and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who hustles and is excited to learn a skilled trade. We provide on the job training as well as instruction. We have been in the Metro Detroit area since 1975 and has a long history of excellence. Responsibilities and Duties: • Work as a member of a installation or repair crew • Carry out duties as instructed by supervisory staff • Obtain safety training and maintain safety protocol and standards at all times • Assist team with installation and/or repair • Using a screw gun and various hand tools to complete tasks as assigned • Carry out tasks per supervisory instruction • Working in a team setting Qualifications: • Must be 18+ years old • High school Diploma or GED • Own Vehicle and License • Ability to use hand tools • Punctual / Reliable • Quick Learner • Good communication skills • Ability to lift and carry over 50lbs. • Ability to use a ladder Compensation and Benefits: • Paid weekly via direct deposit • Medical, Dental and Vision • Employer matched 401(k) Retirement • Paid Vacation and Holidays
