looking for subcontractors

We are looking for a couple of sun contracting companies to do overflow make readies for our company. We have more work being approved than we can get to and want to onboard 1 or 2 subcontractors to handle these jobs. We currently run 8 to 10 makeready‘s at a time. So we have the work. If you reply you need to be able to do a full make ready from start to finish. Things right now that we do not require that you must do are carpeting, granite, tub and tile refinishing. We do expect your company to be able to install laminate wood floors, tile, various types of lighting, water heaters, doors and basic plumbing fixtures. We also expect that you would be able to do sheet rock tape bed and texture, painting, fence repair and replacement, siding facia and soffit repair and replacement etc. This is not an inclusive list but the basic idea what we’re looking for. You need to have 5 years experience. We will entertain an individual, a team of two or a larger team depending on what your abilities are. If you have a reference we can call, that would be good. Please do not send photos of work done. We are looking to put on somebody by Monday so if you respond please be able and available to work.
