Description
Maintenance Tech needed for daily repairs on rental units. Bi-Lingual: English / Spanish needed. Experience in residential plumbing, septic, electrical, roofing, and or carpentry needed. Tech must be willing and able to carry, lift, dig, rake, mow, trim, scrub, pressure wash, and climb ladders to perform duties. Must be reliable and willing to learn. Full time available: M-F 9am - 4pm. Part time available. Pay based on experience. Call 407-554-3699.
