PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking a porter/groundskeeper with proven skills for our apartment community located in Tampa, FL. Job Duties (but not limited to): - Pressure wash, paint and maintenance building appearance - Daily care of building, parking lots and trash areas - Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, the clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor. - Demonstrate effective communication skills for communicating with residents, co-workers, and management. Job Requirements: - High school graduate/diploma preferred. - Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle required. - Criminal background and drug test required. Performance of maintenance requests, punch outs, among other general duties. *******This job also requires that the technician be on call once on a revolving basis. This is a full time job. In addition, we are searching for individuals who live within 15-20 minutes of either USF or South Tampa area (McDill). Please respond with resume.
