The ideal candidate for this position: ◆ Has multifamily experience in the role of a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper or Porter. ◆ Demonstrate exceptional customer service and is wildly passionate about helping people. ◆ Enjoy working outdoors. ◆ Desire to learn make readies and building maintenance skills. WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: ◆ Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing. ◆ Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director. ◆ Participate in all community maintenance duties, including; housekeeping, grounds keeping and make readies. SKILLS REQUIRED: ◆ Experience with grounds keeping. ◆ Great attitude and willing spirit. ◆ Excellent customer service and passion for helping people. ◆ Attention to safety and ability to comply with all MSDA Sheets. ◆ Good communication and attention to detail.
