Description

Looking for someone who can follow directions. You will be assisting with property management of a 'rehab' project. You will be inspecting contractors work for quality (Making sure they do not cut corners). I will tell you exactly what to look for as I'm a experienced builder. You will be taking photos and assessing quality per my direction. Various contractors will be performing work (see attached list). Your item is number 38. You will be visiting the site daily for approximately 15 days. You will be paid daily at the end of the day following the 'documentation' portion of the project. That will be to upload photos (dropbox) in a specific folder for my review. Each day's work is about 1 hour. Some days you will need to visit the site twice (2x/day) to inspect work in progress.
