August Uncommon Tea is hiring a full-time shipping manager at our warehouse in Alhambra. Be a part of a whirlwind start-up. The job August is a premium e-commerce tea brand founded in Los Angeles in 2014. We're hiring a shipping manager to lead our fulfillment center. Our shipping manager is responsible for leading our pick pack and ship team to ship hundreds of orders per day with high efficiency and accuracy. The work requires attention to detail and keeping a steady, productive pace. We currently operate Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm, but we are looking for team members with flexible schedules. About you Prior high volume shipping management experience is required. You live and breathe Shipstation. You are an efficient and detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills both digital and IRL. You love to set the tone for a team and keep them energized. You love to keep busy and get the job done. You do not have severe food or dog allergies. We handle teas with nuts and barley, so if you have severe allergies, this will not be a good fit.
