Description
Position is for custodial / light maintenance. Daily cleaning of common areas of two college residence halls including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, taking trash out, etc. Candidate will also perform light maintenance such as bulb changes, ceiling tile replacement, plumbing clogs and working along with maintenance tech when needed. Full time, benefits available, 401k, cell phone stipend. Candidate will participate in emergency on call rotation. M-F set hours. Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
