We have a 9 month old puppy. We love her. She needs more space. We don't want to give her up, but we're just not able let her run the way she needs to. I know it sounds a little crazy but I'm seeing other's online who've made it work. Ideally you'd be in the Beacon area, but everything is negotiable. ideally we'd split everything 50/50 - time, money, duties, etc.
