Required Qualifications: • Experience – 2 - 5 years of experience working as a super/handyman • Must have US documents to establish Identity and Employment Authorization • Fluent in English • Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and painting • Ability to tactfully interact with tenants • Ability to communicate effectively with Property Manager and Management • Must have a car • Must have tools • Google Calendar knowledge Property Management Company looking for a superintendent Duties include but are not limited to: • Daily monitor and inspect the properties. • Weekly Preventative maintenance. • Turn over apartments after vacancies Work Hours: • Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm • Saturday & Sunday: Emergency Only. • Will be paid on salary.
