Greetings, FoxCom Management is a new & rapidly growing company located in Denville, NJ. We offer third-party logistics solutions for ecommerce sellers & online businesses, such as pick & pack order fulfillment, inventory storage & forwarding, item labeling, item bundling, and custom inventory prep. Our mission is to revolutionize the 3PL industry by offering a greater level of transparency & flexibility for our clients, and by providing modern services that many traditional 3PL’s fail to recognize a need for. The company is owned by two young, ambitious & highly motivated entrepreneurs Jake & Mike. We’ve been involved in the e-commerce industry for over 6 years with experience ranging from Amazon, Ebay, Shopify, WooCommerce & more. We’re very high energy & direct individuals, and we’re looking for someone who can match our pace. This doesn’t mean that this job is going to be back breaking labor 24/7, however, many of our operations are time-sensitive & require someone who will have a good sense for urgency. Although the official job title we are offering is ‘fulfillment center / warehouse associate’, the job will entail much more than just warehouse work. We may ask you to complete tasks on the computer, make runs to for additional supplies, pick up inventory from local suppliers, etc. Ultimately, there is a lot to learn here & the job title/position may change over time as we grow as a team. Some of the basic requirements for the job are: - Be able to lift up to 50lbs. - Be able to commute to our location. - Be okay with working in a warehouse all day (it’s a clean warehouse). - Be good with computers. - Be open to learning & taking on new projects/responsibilities. - Be attentive to details & work meticulously. - Stay organized & keep projects you work on organized. - Have a decent sense of humor. We’re looking to hire part-time or full-time - it all depends on the person & the rate at which our operations grow. We are flexible with hours. Starting salary is $14/HR.
