Starting a band / Looking for people to start

hey, my name’s Samuel and i’m 18 years old. Been wanting to start a band for a while now and have an original song in mind that would be really cool to play live. I’m looking for a drummer, guitarist, bassist, and I myself will be vocalist. It’s not just a song i’d like to play with a band, I want us to make good music, succeed, and have fun. I do play a bit of guitar and can play some songs but am not that educated on playing. Some bands i’m really into are the strokes, last dinosaurs, the neighborhood, and arctic monkeys.
