Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Groundskeeper/Handyman for maintenance of the interior and exterior of a single-family private residence in Brooksville, FL. Responsibilities: Perform lawn maintenance and landscaping Clean exterior of property buildings by sweeping, power-washing, etc. Perform maintenance and light repairs Complete small painting jobs Identify and report the need for major repairs Assist with the care of livestock on occasion Transport items to and from the property as needed Undertake duties as assigned Skills: Experience with hardware tools and equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems Ability to operate large equipment (tractor, skid steer, etc.) Problem-solving skills Attention to detail Ability to complete tasks in a time-efficient manner Physical stamina Additional Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the US Must have Driver's License and reliable transportation Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Hours: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
