Landscaper, not lawn crew workers

We do not cut grass, we provide custom landscaping services including plant rip out, new plant installation, irrigation services, mulching, lighting, rock/sod/mulch installation. We also do bed clean ups, with trimming and more. We are a custom services company, that generally provides landscaping services that the average company does not. With that, we are looking for potential employees that have a skill set beyond the typical "lawn service" ability. We are looking for the following: -Ability to show up for work everyday, with energy and enthusiasm, Mon-Fri, free of drugs or alcohol -Ability to get along with others, and be polite to customers -Reliable transportation to and from work, every day -Physical ability to work all day, with tasks provided, to include ability to lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis, and wheel barrow 80 lbs -Ability to work in Florida weather, including intense heat and humidity, and sometimes misty rain -Ability to use all general 2 cycle equipment, including chain saws, weed eaters, trimmers, blower, etc. -Knowledge of how to sod, grade, install rock, mulch, etc. -Knowledge of basic plant names and their care If you can meet most of those requirements, then let's talk. Of course, the more that you can bring to my business, the more that I will pay. This is a serious job, and it's hard work almost every day, and it's not for everybody. Let's not waste my time nor yours, only those that know that they are capable and qualified need to apply.
