Restroom Cleaning Service Route
compensation: $500+ weekly

We are a Restroom Hygiene Company specializing in a restroom detailing
services and paper stock program for restrooms in commercial properties. We
have a full time opening for a responsible and dependable individual. We are
looking for a long term fit with a person that can work by themselves, is
friendly, outgoing and communicates well with Customers.
You will be running the weekly route in your own vehicle (mileage is
covered) so you must have reliable transportation. Large vehicle, small
suv/pick up truck or minivan preferred. Job duties include hands on cleaning
of restroom toilets, sinks and urinals, stocking paper supplies, greeting
and building relationships with the customers. Hours are M-F and may start at 5:00
a.m. and work 8 hours as needed.

Primary responsibilities:
(1) Use proper techniques for servicing and cleaning/sanitizing restrooms.
(2) Proper application of Company's services and sale of its products.
(3) Interacting with customers, developing long-term client relationships
with customers.
(4) Operation and use of the handheld device.
Qualifications:
(1) Good work history.
(2) Properly inspected and reliable transportation- vans/trucks preferred.
(3) Cell phone.
(4) Energetic, upbeat personality.
(5) Janitorial experience helpful.
(6) Able to learn basic technology.
(7) Professional appearance.
