Looking for a responsible, dependable mature couple with no children at home to live and work on a small family ranch 1-1/2 hours south of San Antonio in McMullen County. These are year-round long-term positions which include Studio Style Apt with large appliances, utilities (water, fiber internet, electricity, propane, DirecTV) Husband = (Full-time Hourly $13.00 to $15.00 depending on experience) entry-level maintenance/ranch hand. General handyman-type repairs. (basic plumbing, simple construction ) General ranch maintenance (Lawn Care, Repairing Fences, Filling Feeders, Waterline Repairs, Equipment Maintenance) and any other jobs that typically come with daily ranch upkeep. Cleaning of game animals after hunts. – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – Wife = (Part-time Hourly $12.00) housekeeper/cook. Cleaning 2 homes on an as-needed basis. Assist in meal prep when the absentee owner and guests are in residence.
