In this class, you will learn 3 appetizers and 2 desserts just in time for entertaining your holiday guests. We're cooking for the holidays in our new space on San Jose Boulevard. This hands-on class, you will learn to prepare appetizers and desserts for your upcoming holiday gatherings. Class starts at 10AM and we'll be done by noon. Blue Bamboo Restaurant has long embraced its bistro-inspired menu with the all the comforts of down home Southern cooking. Executive chef and proprietor Dennis Chan has operated this award winning restaurant since its opening in Jacksonville.
