Description

Our grief is individual as each of us and it impacts us all in unique ways. Join us to learn, to share, to be heard, to be seen, to heal. Our world over the last 1-1/2 years has been filled with trauma ... the impact of the pandemic, unemployment, financial instability, schooling children from home, social isolation or the collective trauma of living in a world that is no longer predictable. Add this to any loss or change we have experienced as a regular piece of life and there is no wonder we are feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, depressed or anxious. Have you taken the time to slow down long enough to process it all? "Let's Talk Grief" is a monthly opportunity to do just that. Tiered pricing is available to accommodate all income levels.
