A great day of Hallowave family fun with 24 Superheroes, Dunk Tank, Music, Food Trucks, and a costume contest for dogs and adults. It’s a great day of Hallowave family fun! Children see over 24 superheroes on each block, and Trick or Treat along the 1.5 mile stretch of Washington Avenue (5th – 17th). Dogs have their day and parents enter to win a prize for best costume. Enjoy a dunk tank, music, food trucks, cotton candy, popcorn, snow cones, and more. Hallowave takes place on Washington Avenue and Espanola Way East in Miami Beach Washington Avenue Business Improvement District is a non-profit municipal board of the City of Miami Beach representing property owners that comprise the blocks of Washington Avenue corridor from 5th Street to 17th Street, with the aim to build upon Washington Avenue’s role as an entertainment district. It works to enhance security and sanitation services in the neighborhood, advocate for the betterment of the area, raise awareness of advancements being made, and plan for the future of Washington Avenue.
