Urgently hiring a building person with some maintenance experience and eager to learn. The position will perform routine maintenance of our body shop. This position ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. You will: Clean, sweep shop floor, Perform minor repairs of all buildings and equipment Be responsible for providing an aesthetically pleasing environment to include the cleaning of bathrooms, lunchroom, and the exterior of the property as needed. Keep the premises neat and clean You MUST have: Speak Spanish Valid Driver's License If this sounds like you: Apply now!
