This is a fulltime employee with benefits that include full medical, paid time off, 401k matching, flex spending and more. The candidate must have skills and experience in painting, basic plumbing and electrical repair, and the ability to diagnose the nature of building problems. On rare occasions, they must be able to go to the building and handle emergencies on a 24-hour, 7-day basis. The abilities to keep records and receive and store materials in an orderly manner are required. This is a Live-out position.
