This position is primarily responsible for the disposal of building trash, cleaning of the common areas and assisting in maintenance related work orders when required. For the right person, this position can grow into a full time position at one of our Westchester locations. Responsibilities • Empty the trash compactor and dispose of trash accordingly. • Keep all common areas and building perimeter free of trash. • Assist maintenance team with assigned tasks in a timely manner. • Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable). • Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to maintenance staff. • Represent the community in a professional manner at all times while on property. • Immediately report all unsafe conditions. Requirements • Must be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings for a 3 hour shift. (You may have some input into the hours to be worked, based on your schedule). • Must be able to work Saturdays & Sundays-commuting between 3 different locations. (This would be an 8 hour day, but you may have input into setting the schedule). • Must have valid drivers’ license and transportation to travel to different work locations. • Neat and professional appearance demeanor throughout the workday. • Demonstrate ability to perform tasks described above without assistance. • Attendance is essential.
