Alzheimer Awareness Alzheimer is a disease that is impacting families and specifically the African American community. Each of us has a family member that has experienced or is experiencing Alzheimer. U.S. Pointer is a grassroot faith-engagement outreach program led by Rev. Dr. Lamont Williams who wishes to meet with Faith and Community in Rhode Island for a chat and chew at Chelo's Restaurant on Friday September 17, 2021 from 5p.m. – 7p.m. This will be an information session to encourage leaders as trusted voices to broaden the awareness within congregations and communities of the ways we can make a difference.
