DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Pick, pack, and ship materials and products • Maintain accurate inventory in proper warehouse racking and storage areas • Able to operate forklift throughout warehouse • Load and unload truck orders • Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, and/or elevator. • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures. • Conducts physical inventory counts. • Maintains a safe, clean working environment. • Participates in quality improvement efforts. • Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to stand, sit, bend, pull, twist, push, and pull for sustained periods of time • Able to operate a computer and other office machinery using finger dexterity for typing and writing • Must be able to communicate, converse with, and exchange information by means of the spoken word • Able to perform physical effort to lift or move materials up to 60 pounds • Visual acuity to view a computer screen QUALIFICATIONS: • Two years related experience or equivalent. • Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods. • Forklift certification • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Ability to lift between • Commitment to excellence and high standards • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to manage priorities and workflow • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm • Strong attention to detail • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
